Tutors Finland Oy is a technology and education company founded in 2020 by Filip Bovin, a professional in social work and education. Filip has a background in child protection, special education, and educational psychology studies at the University of Helsinki.

The TuLab remote internship concept started modestly in early 2021 with a few interns. Today, more than 300 students have completed 400–500 internships. Many students return for multiple internships, proving its effectiveness. We collaborate with over 20 educational institutions across Finland.

🇪🇸 Erasmus+ Exchange in Spain

We offer a unique opportunity to combine an internship with international experience! Work and accommodation take place in a modern co-working villa located:

  • 1h east of Málaga, in a peaceful, idyllic village
  • 25 minutes from the beach (by car; Filip provides rides if residents don’t have a rental car)
  • A perfect setting to combine wellbeing and focused work

Villa facilities include:

  • Swimming pool, hot tub, and Turkish bath
  • Large sauna
  • Barbecue hut and spacious kitchen
  • 4 bedrooms, 2 floors
  • Upstairs: bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and balcony
  • Downstairs: large living room/kitchen, bathroom

Practical Arrangements

How the internship works day to day.

Working Hours & Remote Work

  • Fully remote internship
  • Working hours: 8h/day (incl. 30min lunch)
  • Short breaks (<15 min) as needed
  • Erasmus+ exchange possible (subsidiary in Spain)

Communication & Reporting

  • Tools: Teams, Hailer, Slack (per project), Office 365 incl. OneDrive/Outlook
  • Weekly report every Friday
  • Absence channel for notifications
  • Scrum-style project management where applicable

Apply for an Internship

📁 Include:

  1. Motivation letter (why you want to join, what you hope to achieve)
  2. CV in English
  3. Preferred internship period (start & end dates)
  4. Study modules to be completed
  5. Supervising teacher’s name
  6. Mention if you’re interested in the Erasmus+ exchange

✅ After Acceptance

  1. Receive Teams login credentials
  2. Attend an onboarding session
  3. Confirm your internship details (duration, modules, supervisor info)
  4. Tutors Finland signs your official internship agreement with your school

After you apply, Victor or Rifat will contact you to arrange an interview — sometimes as soon as the same day.
